Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription
Muqtarah is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform with a monthly subscription. The Pro plan is 49 SAR per month and the Agency plan is 129 SAR per month, all fees included. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (Moyasar) supporting Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay.
Renewal
Subscriptions paid by card renew automatically every month. Payments made with Apple Pay or STC Pay do not renew automatically; we send an email reminder before the subscription ends so you can renew manually.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your account, with no cancellation fees. After canceling, you keep access to all paid features until the end of the current paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan and all your documents remain saved.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service, periods that have already started are not refundable. If an amount was charged in error (such as a duplicate charge or a renewal after a cancellation request), we will refund it in full within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method. For any other case, contact us and we will review each request fairly.
