Acceptance of terms
By using the Muqtarah platform (muqtarah.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
The service provider
The service is provided by ABDULHAKIM AHMED FALLATAH, the owner of the Muqtarah platform, under freelance document No. FL-525221446, address: Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Contact: support@muqtarah.app.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
The service
Muqtarah is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps freelancers and small studios create proposals and invoices with AI, with a client portal for sharing, accepting, and exporting documents.
Your account
Your registration details must be accurate and up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared beyond the team seats included in your plan.
Content and ownership
Your documents, logo, and client data belong entirely to you. You grant us only an operational license to process, store, and render this content as needed to provide the service (such as generating PDFs and displaying the client portal).
Platform intellectual property
The platform, its design, templates, logo, and the name “Muqtarah” remain our property. Using them gives you no right in them other than a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content is an assisting draft and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to your client, including amounts, line items, terms, and tax details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to create fraudulent or misleading invoices or documents, for any unlawful activity, to send spam, or to attempt to breach, reverse engineer, or abuse the fair-use limits of the service.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You pay by card (Mada, Visa, or Mastercard) through a secure payment gateway (Moyasar), and you can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Renewal, cancellation, and refund details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which you accept before paying.

Documents created on the Free plan carry a small Muqtarah mark with a link to the platform, on the client page, in its exported files and in the email that sends it. Paid plans remove it.
Client portal
Client portal links are open to anyone who has the link, unless the document’s owner limits them to email addresses they invite (each invitee confirms their email with a code sent to it) or sets an expiry date, so share them only with the people concerned. A link stops working when its document is deleted or the link expires.
Processing your clients’ data
When you enter your clients’ data, we process it on your behalf and only on your instructions to provide the service. We keep it confidential and secure, do not use it for any other purpose, notify you without delay of any breach that affects it, and delete it when your account is deleted. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter this data.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms. We tell you the reason for a suspension unless the law prevents it, and you can object at support@muqtarah.app. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, after canceling any paid subscription. On deletion your account is disabled right away and your document links stop working. You can restore it within 30 days from the link we email you, and after that your data is permanently deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
Privacy PolicyLimitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties. Muqtarah is not an accounting, tax, or legal service, and complying with the invoicing and tax requirements of your country (such as ZATCA requirements) is your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the rights the law grants you. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. No limitation of liability applies in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting or telecom providers, or government decisions.
Changes to these terms
We notify you of material changes 14 days before they take effect, by email or inside the platform, and you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept them.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact us first at support@muqtarah.app; we reply within 2 business days. If the dispute is not resolved, the competent courts in Madinah have jurisdiction.
